Football prediction league name ideas

The name is the first thing your group sees and the thing they screenshot when they finally beat someone. It is worth ten minutes. Here are sixty to steal, and three rules that decide whether a name survives past September.
The three rules
Keep it short. It has to fit above a table and inside a group chat message. Under about thirty characters.
Let everyone in on the joke. An in-joke that four of the twelve understand tells the other eight they are guests. Save the deep cuts for your team names.
Do not date it. Anything with a season or a manager's name in it reads as abandoned by the following autumn.
Coupon and pools heritage
For groups who like the old-fashioned side of it. These sound like a thing that has been running for forty years, which is the point.

Names about the banker
Every group has one person whose certainties go down in flames. Name the league after them, generically.

Half the fun is that it belongs to the building rather than to a club. Keep it clean enough to say out loud in a meeting.

One practical note
Add a description underneath. The name is the joke; the description is where you say who it is for and when it starts counting, and it is what makes someone press join instead of scrolling past. Ours is optional, which means most people skip it, which means yours will stand out.
If your league is open to anyone rather than invite only, the name and description are the whole advert. Write them for a stranger, not for the four people already in the chat.
Pick one, create the league, and send the invite code to the group before you talk yourself out of it.
